METHOD AND DEVICE FOR APPLICATION OF FRIABLE COATING ON THE INTERNAL SURFACE OF CASTING MOLD OF THE MACHINE OF CENTRIFUGAL CASTING

The group of inventions concerns the method of application of friable coating on the internal surface of casting mold of the machine of centrifugal casting with the aid of cantilever rotary slotted chute and device for its realization. The console of chute is established in the middle of the length of casting mold and simultaneously connected with the console of the pipe of tracking set there from the opposite side, the place of articulation of obtained simple beam is set behind the end of the casting mold, where an additional band is superimposed on the articulation, then the coating is filled into the casting mold, and upon its completion the place of articulation of beam is set at the endof casting mold, freed from additional band, the place of articulation is set again in the middle of casting mold, where the consoles are separated, after which they are set beyond the limits of casting mold in different sides. The possibility of safe application of friable coating on the internal surface of long casting mold of small diameter is ensured.
