Rate of a steering wheel with stationary steering hub and auxiliary power source

The shaft has a fixed steering hub (3) integrally mounted in rotation on a hub spindle (26), and a fly-wheel rim (1) is connected to a fly-wheel rim shaft (17) which receives the spindle. A counter shaft pinion (25b) is gripped with a toothed wheel of a steering mechanism shaft (11), and an auxiliary force source (6) e.g. electric motor, is connected to an end of a counter shaft (9) mounted in a casing of a steering hub mechanism (2). The source is arranged for introducing a torque in the counter shaft (9), where the torque assists a steering force applied to the fly-wheel rim.
