1. Device for urban management and environmental monitoring, comprising the following elements or mechanisms: a) a number of measuring elements (C S) comprise: - a number of sensors (2) located at measuring temperature, humidity , speed, wind direction and atmospheric pollutants, specifically compounds such as CO2, SO2, NO2 and ozone; - an electronic circuit (3) measurement of environmental noise, which integrates a software storage and management of the measured data, both the environmental noise and the extent of air pollutants; - a measuring element of the degree of filling of containers of municipal solid waste; b) transmission means (CI) of the measured data using different wireless technologies; c) a control center (CC) including a central processing unit and management: - determines the urban noise dose received by an individual, both total dose and dose due to the different existing sources in urban areas; - determines the noise dose received by all individuals, depending on the various existing sources and mobility of individuals; - manages the data of air pollutants, obtaining concentration maps; - manages the ways of collecting urban solid waste according to the degree of filling of the different containers controlled by this device.
