Useful for consumption snails and the like, in general all kinds of mollusks provided with helical shell, characterized by being formed from a base body (1), determining a handle, which axially emerges a needle (2 ) constituting the extractor element mollusk body, said housed needle being inside a cap which in turn is also axial extension of the body serving as a grip and constitutes with the latter a single-piece set and sealed, maintaining the said needle in optimal hygienic conditions until the time of use.
