Device control apparatus via bioelectric signals produced by muscle movement.; It comprises electrodes pickup bioelectric signals produced by movement up, down left and right hand eye, and by moving the user's arm to control an electro-electronic device. It is based on the use of an amplifier (1) connected to the electrodes for amplifying the bioelectric signal picked. It comprises a control circuit DC level of voltage which sets a DC level of slightly greater selective voltage to a threshold, so that the captured bioelectrical signal produces a decrease in the level of DC voltage below the threshold applied to a monostable circuit (3) which is activated by a DC level below the threshold set and its output is applied to a switch circuit (4) for generating a digital pulse input government electro-electronic device.; This basic configuration is used for each bioelectric signal.
