The system has a center control base (1) with a central computer (2) having data bases (3), in which identification data of an explosive material are stored. A vehicle (6) for transporting the explosive material is provided with a global positioning system (GPS), a communication system in line with the central computer and an armored container for lodging of the explosive material. An integrated system is provided for reading of intelligent label tags integrated in the explosive material. A series of remote readers (19) is associated to perforations (17).
