Device (10) for sampling biological fluids and measuring analyte concentration, said device comprising: a) at least one skin piercing element (12) comprising an access opening for biological fluids; b) an electrochemical cell for measuring the concentration of analyte inside the biological fluid, in which the cell comprises at least one porous electrode (26); and c) a fluid transfer means (22) in fluid communication with the at least one drilling element (12) and with the at least one porous electrode, in which the fluid transfer means (22) transfers biological fluid present in the access opening of the at least one piercing element (12) towards the electrochemical cell.
