The system includes two divided concentric sections that longitudinally cross a tower. A set of conical gears with sliding grooves is connected to the concentric sections for motion transmission. An universal joint is provided for linear arrangement and connection of the concentric sections. The tower has concentric bearings for avoiding radial displacement of the vertical discs.
