The mixer (10) has an annular cylindrical cowl (12) including a cylindrical unit (26) comprising a sinusoidal part defining inner lobes (28) rotated with outer lobes (30). The lobes (28, 30) form inner and outer troughs for radially guiding gaseous flows flowed in annular channels towards interior and exterior, respectively. Flow rectifying arms (32) in the form of aerodynamic sections are distributed around a longitudinal axis (X-X) and integrated to a downstream end (16b) of an annular central body (16) from which the arms are extended radially towards the interior.
