System for bypassing an aneurysm (100) comprising: a first prosthesis (10) comprising: a stent (12); a gasket material (30) communicating with the stent; and a proximal end being configured of the first prosthesis (10) to engage a section of an artery upstream of a junction between a first artery (302) and a second artery (3, 4); fitting at least one second prosthesis (11a, 11b) communicating with the first prosthesis (10), with the proximal end of the first prosthesis (10) and configured to bypass the aneurysm (100); and fitting at least one third prosthesis (11c, 11d) communicating with the first prosthesis (10), with the proximal end of the first prosthesis (10) and configured to provide a flow channel of fluid from the first artery (302) into the second artery (3, 4).
