The robustness, precision, and quality demanded by the system are obtained through the use of new control algorithms. A control signal is generated using an algorithm of a discreet control FPID having five parameters of syntony, with two of the parameters in a non-whole order. The system includes software conforming to a graphical setting, a data processing and control module, and a communications module.
