The method involves obtaining haploid pro embryo from olive, that is Olea europaea tree releasing isolated microspores. The method gets the haploid pro embryo of olive tree from gametic cells (microspores or pollen grains) by processing specific stress for the conditions of the pollen of the olive tree.
