The device has a body incorporated in the eye of tubular structure with a closed end. The other end is provided with a piston displaceable by the action of the intraocular pressure, until balancing with the action of an average antagonist contained in the tubular body. The tubular body is susceptible to provide the balancing position of the piston within the tubular element of the device to the corresponding value of the pressure of the intraocular liquid.
