NOVEL PHOSPHORIC ACID-AMINO ACID COMPLEX SALT AND ADDITIVE COMPOSITION CONTAINING THE SALT AND USED IN FEED FOR RUMINANT MAMMALS

摘要

A novel phosphoric acid-amino acid complex salt isprovided which manifests insolubility in a neutral oralkaline aqueous solution and solubility in an acidic aqueoussolution and has a basic amino acid, an alkaline earth metal,and phosphoric acid as main components thereof. An additivecomposition containing the complex salt and used in a feedfor ruminant mammals excels in protection in the firstcompartment of the stomach of a ruminant mammal andsolubility in the fourth compartment of the stomach. Thisadditive composition improves the nutrition of the feed withrespect to such a basic amino acid as lysine, a substancefrequently missing in the feed for ruminant mammals.
