The invention relates to a hammer for a comminuting device, comprising a rotoron or to which the hammer can be fastened, consisting of an underbody,designed like a shaft butt end and intended for connecting the hammer to therotor, and of at least one cutting body. The invention is distinguished by thefact that the at least one cutting body is releasably/fixedly connected to theunderbody.
