Casting of plastic uses composition of: (1) 65-99.5 (wt.)% methyl methacrylate (MMA); (2) 0.5-35% impact modifier (I); (3) stabilizer; (4) initiator; (5) release agent; (6) regulator; and (7) optionally unsaturated carboxylic acid and crosslinker, (I) is added as masterbatch of 10-5 0% (I) and 50-90% polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) and (I) comprises MMA, ethyl acrylate, butyl acrylate, styrene (or alpha-methylstyrene) and crosslinker in form of 20-30% core, 30-50% shell I and 20-40% shell II. Plastics molding production by casting, uses composition from (1) 65-99.5 (wt.)% methyl methacrylate (MMA) (2) 0-3% unsaturated carboxylic acid (3) 0.5-35% impact modifier (I) (4) 0-1% crosslinker (5) 0.5-1% stabilizer (6) 0.001-0.1% initiator (7) 0.01-1.0% release agent; and (8) 0.001-0.031% regulator. (I) is added as masterbatch of 10-50% (I) and 50-90% polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) and (I) consists of MMA, ethyl acrylate, butyl acrylate, styrene (or alpha-methylstyrene) and crosslinker in form of 20-30% core, 30-50% shell I and 20-40% shell II.
