TUMOR TARGETING GENE-VIRUS ZD55-IL-24, CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND APPLICATION THEREOF

A tumor targeting gene-virus ZD55-IL-24 is disclosed, wherein the gene-virus uses the E1B 55Kda gene deleted adenovirus ZD55 as the carrier, and carries tumor-treating gene IL-24. Also disclosed are a process for constructing the gene-virus ZD55-IL-24 and its use in preparing medicament for treating tumors. The tumor targeting gene-virus ZD55-IL-24 can be used to treat tumors. Effective drugs for treating tumors can be developed on the basis of this gene-virus.
