There is provided an autonomous operation management system for autonomously performing system operation management according to an operation management policy. Judgment means (13) requests execution of a work flow described in the operation management policy (161). Execution means (23) executing the work flow detects an abnormal state according to a constriction not appearing in the policy description according to a stop judgment rule (261). Upon detection of an abnormal state, the execution means (23) stops execution of the work flow in accordance with a request from particular judgment means (13) or a request to a particular control object, thereby partially stopping autonomous control so that an administrator can effectively perform debug.
