ORAL COMPOSITION FOR PREVENTION OR TREATMENT OF SKIN BLEMISHES OR FRECKLES AND FOOD

An oral composition for prevention or treatment of skin blemishes or freckles which comprises biotin, ascorbic acid and vitamin E as active ingredients; and a food comprising biotin, ascorbic acid and vitamin E. The biotin and ascorbic acid are preferably administered at doses of 0.0005 to 5 mg/day and 10 to 3000 mg/day, respectively. The oral composition or food preferably contains the ascorbic acid and the vitamin E in amounts of 40 to 300000 parts by weight and 2 to 30000 parts by weight, respectively, per part by weight of the biotin.
