A molecular breeding method, especially for rice, comprises the following steps: mincing stem or/and leaves of rice and placing them into a container, immersing them with water, filtrating and retaining the resulting green filtrate, cutting off bearing zizania in elongation stage and booting stage below the hair root and inserting it into the filtrate to absorb, taking out zizania after the color of the surface of stem and leaves shallows, sealing the absorbing section of bearing zizania, and cultivating the resulting zizania.
