Barium-free radiopaque dental glass and polymer dental glass composite material

Barium free X-ray opaque dental glass has a refractive index = 1.47-1.70 and includes: (A) 20-45 wt.% silicon dioxide (SiO2), (B) 5-35 wt.% aluminum oxide (Al2O3), (C) 2-20 wt.% zinc oxide (ZnO), (D) 2-10 wt.% zirconium oxide (ZrO), (E) 2-10 wt.% fluorine (F), and (F) 1-10 wt.% sodium oxide (Na2O). Barium free X-ray opaque dental glass has a refractive index = 1.47-1.70 and comprises: (A) 20-45 wt.% silicon dioxide (SiO2), (B) 5-35 wt.% aluminum oxide (Al2O3), (C) 2-20 wt.% zinc oxide (ZnO), (D) 2-10 wt.% zirconium oxide (ZrO), (E) 2-20 wt.% fluorine (F), (F) 1-10 wt.% sodium oxide (Na2O), (G) 0-10 wt.% boron oxide (B2O3), (H) 0-8 wt.% potassium oxide (K2O), (I) 0-8 wt.% cesium oxide (Cs2O), (J) 1-15 wt.% Na2O + K2O + Cs2O, (K) 0-8 wt.% calcium oxide (CaO), (L) 0-27 wt.% strontium oxide (SrO), (M) 0-10 wt.% phosphorus oxide (P2O5), (N) 0-10 wt.% lanthanum oxide (La2O3), and (O) 20% B2O3 + ZnO + ZrO2 + La2O3.
