The invention relates to systems for operating business processes, wherein it is expedient to plan and monitor the occurrence of individual business events and to apply the financial and documentary recording of results. Said invention makes it possible to extend the list of means for excluding the possibility to carry out business operations which are contradictory to planned events in terms of dates and budgets. The inventive system comprises a unit for electronically entering a task into the system, storage unit, task event display unit and an information processing unit connected to a unit for planning projects and economic activities in terms of dates, budgets and resources and to a business operation execution and monitoring unit which are subsequently compared with each other by means of an information comparing unit. The unit for planning projects and economic activity comprises, for each planned event, data and budget attributes with respect to a fund and resource transfer, an individual identifier is assigned to each event and the business operation execution and monitoring unit forms and records the documents related to the execution of the planned events.
