The present invention disclosed a protein related to plant stress resistance and its coding genes, the use thereof. The said protein is one of the proteins 1) having an amino acid sequence shown by SEQ ID No: 1 in the sequence list; 2) related to plant stress resistance and having the amino acid sequence in which one or several residues were substituted and/or deleted and/or added. The protein and its coding genes in the invention can enhance plant growth, increase the tolerance ability of plant against stress.
