A sensor covering a free curved surface is manufactured more easily. The sensor comprises a plurality of detection elements where the electric resistances of a first electrode and a second electrode (22) vary as a load is applied, and a plurality of cables (12) for connecting adjacent detection elements. The cables (12) connect the first electrode (21) of a first detection element (11-(i,j)) with the first electrode (21) of a second detection element (11-(i+1,j)) through first resistors (32-1 to 32-4), respectively, and connect the second electrode (22) of a first detection element (11-(i,j)) with the second electrode (22) of a second detection element (11-(i+1,j)) through second resistors (32-5 to 32-8). Furthermore, the cables (12) can deform. Such a central position sensor (2) of two-dimensionally distributed load can cover a free curved surface, and can be manufactured easily without requiring a sophisticated planar resistor.
