A laser resonator for a laser beam (3) having two mirrors (M1, M2) and a refractive element (LS), which has an entry surface (1) and an exit surface (2) for the laser beam (3), which mirrors and refractive element are arranged in the form of a triangle as a ring resonator, having a translatory adjustment device for the refractive element (LS) for maintaining the resonance condition in the event of a change in the wavelength, makes it possible to considerably increase the tuning range for the wavelength of the laser beam (3) by virtue of the fact that the entry surface (1) and the exit surface (2) of the refractive element (LS) are designed to be curved so as to compensate for the dependency of the refractive index on the wavelength.
