The object has a rectangular base (1) which is fixed on a wall (2). The base has an elongated hole (3) that is provided for allowing the passage to threaded rods of two screws (4) that are placed in the wall. The base has a recess (5) that exteriorly surrounds the periphery of the elongated hole and receives heads of the screws. The base has a side for receiving a cover to hide the screws.
