A distributed feedback (DFB) semiconductor laser based on reconstruction algorithm and equivalent chirp technology and the manufacture method of the same. The method is to use sampled Bragg grating structure, that is, the grating in the DFB semiconductor laser is a sampled Bragg grating. The sampled Bragg grating comprises an equivalent grating corresponding to a common Bragg grating, and the oscillation wavelength of the DFB semiconductor laser is in the working bandwidth of the equivalent grating. The equivalent grating is designed and prepared by use of the reconstruction algorithm and equivalent chirp technology. The sampled Bragg grating has a plurality of ghost gratings, the wavelength space between the ghost gratings is inversely proportional to the sampling period and the effective reflectivity of the DFB semiconductor laser.
