The present invention relates to a device for voltage and current flow stabilization and adjustment (including from remote) to be used in public lighting columns, characterised in that it is composed of one or more toroidal transformers connected in parallel and one logic control board contained in corresponding enclosures suitably dimensioned to be inserted through the slots with standard shape and dimensions provided in public lighting columns.
