A medicament and a medication for the treatment of skin lesions are disclosed, which comprise collagen and an oxygen-carrying and releasing fluorinated hydrocarbon and, optionally and preferably additionally, ozone. Particularly, the invention relates to a kit for the topical administration of such a medicament on the damaged skin, as well as to a process for preparing the medication.
