Provided are a method for preparing a functional feed additive for a pig, and the pork which is obtained from the pig raised by using the functional feed additive and is low in the content of cholesterol and fat. The method comprises the steps of mixing an arrowroot by-product, an acorn by-product, a plum by-product, defatted wheat germ meal and wheat bran in a ratio of 1 : 2 : 3 : 3 : 21 by weight; adding 10 wt% of an extract of eleutherococcus senticosus MAX; inoculating Saccharomyces cerevisiae KCTC 7915 and fermenting it at a temperature of 37 deg.C for 2 days under anaerobic and aerobic conditions to prepare a yeast solid cultured product; and inoculating Lactobacillus acidophilus KCTC 3111, Enterococcus faecium KCTC 3080 and Bacillus subtilis KCTC 3239 to the yeast solid cultured product, fermenting it at a temperature of 35-45 deg.C for 2 days under aerobic condition, and drying it for a day.
