THE REGULATION SYSTEM FOR CONTROLLING USERS NON-WEARING SAFET BELT

A system for regulating drivers non-wearing a seat belt is provided to continuously regulate vehicles in which a driver does not wear the seat belts, by transmitting a signal generated from a fixed unit to a signal receiver and registering the corresponding vehicles. In a system for regulating non-wearing of a seat belt, a signal generator(h) generates a signal by receiving power from a fixed unit(b) or using an auxiliary power source except a vehicle or transporting tool. The signal is cut off by connecting an adjustable unit(a) and the fixed unit. The regulation system receives and registers the signal generated when the adjustable unit and the fixed unit are not connected, through the signal receiver installed out of the vehicle or transporting tool.
