A method of removing SOx in sintering exhaust gas is provided to effectively remove SOx in the exhaust gas and remove HCl, HF, H2S and dioxin at the same time by injecting sodium bicarbonate as a desulfurizer between wind box numbers 19 and 22 in which temperature of a sintering machine reaches 200 to 500 deg.C in the sintering process. A method of removing SOx in sintering exhaust gas comprises injecting sodium bicarbonate as a desulfurizer into a wind box(11) and a main duct(12) in which a temperature of a sintering machine(10) reaches 200 to 500 deg.C in the sintering process. The wind boxes are from wind box number 19 to wind box number 22. The desulfurizer is injected into the wind boxes when a negative pressure of the wind boxes is 1,000 mmAQ or higher.
