A system for inspecting a key pad and a color liquid crystal screen of a post PC product group using a robot and a vision is provided to measure the touch pressure, variation characteristic and key stroke of the key pad while recognizing an image responding to a display unit according to the operation of the key pad. A system for inspecting a key pad and a color liquid crystal screen of a post PC using a robot and a vision includes a probe(11), a pressure detector(2), X, Y and Z axis transfer units(4,5,6), a camera(8), a camera transfer unit, and a jig. The probe touches the key pad. The pressure detector includes a load cell for detecting the pressure of the probe. The X-, Y- and Z-axis transfer units respectively transfer the pressure detector on X, Y and Z axes. The camera recognizes an image responding to a display unit. The camera transfer unit transfers the camera on the X-axis. A product to be inspected is mounted on the jig.
