A DRYING APPARATUS WITH HOT AND COLD WIND

A cold and hot blast dryer is provided to improve the circulation of the air and prevent the moisture from being infiltrated in the dried fish by mounting the cold and hot blast generating units. A cold and hot blast dryer is composed of cold and hot blast generating units(20,30) independently and simultaneously operated according to the need in the dryer. The dryer comprises a drying unit(40) formed with a space unit in a housing(10) to load the marine products, formed with a door at one side to withdraw the marine products, and formed at the rear end of the rear part with a discharge port(41) where the air is discharged; and an air circulation unit(50) separated by a partition at the upper side of the drying unit, formed with the cold blast generating unit at the rear end of one side, and installed with the hot blast generating unit at the front of the cold blast generating unit, wherein the front of the hot blast generating unit is communicated with the drying unit. An outer air inlet unit(60) is installed with an opening and closing plate(61) automatically opened and closed by the control unit.
