A method and a system for offering a user defined quest, and a recording medium storing a program for realizing the same are provided to enable a user satisfying a specific condition in an RPG(Role Playing Game) to generate and offer the quest to other users by setting rewards for quest completion within a specific range. An account server(106) manages account information of the users. A game server(108) controls game advance of the user through communication with a game application installed to each user client(100-104). A quest server(110) receives a quest attribute information request from a master user, transmits quest attribute information to the user client of the master user, and receives the user defined quest including quest generation information and reward information corresponding to the quest completion from the user client of the master user. A database(112) stores the user defined question. The quest attribute information includes at least one of a quest area, a quest target, and the number/action of the quest.
