FLEXIBLE FILM FOR ADVANCING ADHESION STRENGTH BETWEEN FLEXIBLE FILM AND METAL LAYER AND FLEXIBLE METAL-LAMINATED FILM USING THE SAME

A flexible film for advancing adhesion strength between a flexible film and a metal layer and a flexible metal-laminated film using the same are provided to increase a reliability while manufacturing a product of flexible metal laminated circuit by providing an optimal etching property for forming a minute pattern. In a flexible film(10) used for a metal layer laminated flexible circuit substrate, an average illuminance of a surface of the flexible film(10), where a metal layer is laminated, is 50 to 150 angstrom. The surface thereof is roughly processed so that a peeling strength thereof with the metal layer is over 0.6 kg/cm.
