A PET-based rice wine bottle having a combined cup and bottle cap is provided to prevent impurities from flowing into the bottle, utilize the combined cup and cap as a wine cup, and be used as a water bottle after drinking the wine by closely contacting end of the bottle cap with body of the bottle and covering fixture protrusion of the bottle in S form with an opening protection wrap. The PET bottle comprises: a combined cup and bottle cap(20); male screws(11) formed on bottle body; female screws(21) formed on the cap(20) which are closely engaged with the male screws(11); fixture protrusion(12) of the bottle in S form which is formed on a portion adjacent to end of the cap(20); and an opening protection wrap(30) to enclose and cover the fixture protrusion and lower part of the cap(20) together. The bottle is reused as a water bottle after drinking the bottle dry. The opening protection wrap closes and seals the fixture protrusion and the bottle cap part completely by heat-contraction to prevent impurities from penetrating into the bottle.
