The method involves allocating resources for a subscriber station (MS) at frequency division duplex (FDD) frequency bands (F1, F3), and in time division duplex (TTD) frequency band (F2). Transmission of data and/or signals is selectively implemented by resources allocated in the bands. A data processing is implemented in the subscriber station by using TDD components and/or TDD-function for transmitted data or data and/or signals to be transmitted at the TDD frequency band. A base band section transmits data for processing at a protocol stack. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a subscriber station for transmission of data and/or signals via a radio interface (2) a network device in a radio communication system.
