NON-AGILE CHANNELELIZATION METHOD FOR MULTI-CHANNEL MAC

A non-agile channelization method for multi-channel MAC(Medium Access Control) is provided to make a non-agile channel switching process possible, and to enable agile and non-agile channel switching processes to coexist, consequently exchanging of existing hardware can be avoided. Available channels are categorized into agile and non-agile channels(400). The operational mode of channels categorized into the non-agile channels is selected(410). A multi-channel switching process is carried out according to the selected operational mode(420-440). The available channels are managed by channel utilization vectors. The selection of the operational mode is individually conducted at every mesh point.
