RECIRCULATION DEVICE FOR INFILTRATED WATER IN THE RECLAIMED LAND UTILIZING WASTE TIRE CHIP AND THE METHOD THEREOF

A recirculation device of infiltrated water in the reclaimed land by using a waste tire chip and a method thereof are provided to infiltrate entirely and uniformly the infiltrated water into the reclaimed land more effectively. The recirculation device(100) includes an infiltrated water collecting member(110) installed at the bottom of a reclaimed land(10) and for collecting the infiltrated water. An infiltrated water recycling member(120) pumps and recycles the infiltrated water supplied from the water collecting member. An injection member(130) is installed at the upper portion or middle soil portion of the reclaimed land and supplies the infiltrated water to an infiltration layer. An infiltrated water infiltration layer(140) uniformly infiltrates the infiltrated water into the entire reclaimed land.
