NYLON 66 NATURAL STRETCH YARN, THE PROCESS OF PRODUCING THEREOF AND THE PROCESS OF PRODUCING EXCELLENT STRETCHING FABRICS USING THEREBY

Nylon 66 natural stretch yarns, a method for manufacturing the same, and a method for manufacturing fabrics having excellent stretch are provided to produce nylon 66 natural stretch yarns having large stretch by using nylon 66 undrawn yarns without generating cut threads and in a range of not lowering strength and elongation. Nylon 66 undrawn yarns are treated with heat by a heater at a temperature of 200-240 deg.C. The heat-treated nylon 66 undrawn yarns are cooled by passing through a cooling plate. The cooled nylon 66 undrawn yarns are drawn and twisted at a draw ratio of 1.2-1.4 and a twist ratio of 1.3-1.6. The nylon 66 natural stretch yarns has a thickness of 15-100 d, elongation of 20-70%, and crimp rate of 5-10%.
