A program executing system, a programming system, a program analyzing system, and a program managing system for the same, a tester having the same, and a program making system and a tester system for the tester are provided to realize distributed/parallel development and efficiently/easily add test target models by preventing each program from getting huge. An accumulator(6) stores the coded second program as a coded file(7b). A program executer(4) includes a program loader(5) for loading the second program stored in the accumulator to a memory area(3). While the first program deployed in the memory area is executed, the program executer executes the second program by loading the second program stored in the accumulator to the memory area in response to a command for calling the second program stored in the accumulator. The accumulator is formed by a hard disk or a memory card.
