An electrochemical reactor immobilized enzyme for an advanced oxidation water treatment process and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to omit the necessity of subsidiary facilities according to the continuous supply of new microorganism. In the manufacturing process of hydrogen peroxide, firstly the water is adsorbed on the surface of an anode and the hydrogen ion is produced by the water dissociation phenomenon. The produced hydrogen ion is moved into a cathodic compartment through a cation exchange membrane, combined with the oxygen injected at the surface of the cathode and reduced into the hydrogen peroxide. The hydrogen peroxide activates the prosthetic group existing within the enzyme.
