A fabric foam tube structure for coastal rehabilitation work using dredging soil and a coastal rehabilitation method using the same are provided to improve the construction performance and reduce the cost by forming the PC steel wire rope net at the mortar layer of the outer tube and elevating the tensile strength and bearing power of the structure. A fabric foam tube structure for coastal rehabilitation work using a dredging soil(103) comprises an inner tube(101) formed like a cylinder to inject the dredging soil or sand inside and manufactured with a fabric foam where dredging soil injection ports(111) are formed at regular intervals to inject the dredging soil and the sand to the outside; and an outer tube(102) formed at the outer side of the inner tube, formed as a cylinder to inject the mortar between the inner and outer tubes, and manufactured with the fabric foam where mortar injection ports(112) are formed at regular intervals to inject the mortar at the outside. A mortar layer(104) is formed by forming a PC steel wire rope net(120) between the inner and outer tubes, and the PC steel wire rope net is placed in the mortar layer.
