Animal models for carrying tumor cell lines expressing a human prostate cancer-specific antigen and a method for analyzing the prevention efficacy of dendritic cells-derived immunotherapeutics by using the same animal model are provided to accurately analyze the efficacy of dendritic cells as immunotherapeutics and immunoprevention agents. The method for analyzing the prevention efficacy of dendritic cells-derived immunotherapeutics comprises the steps of: (a) administering the dendritic cells to be analyzed into normal animals except human; (b) administering the tumor cell line expressing the human prostate cancer-specific antigen into the animals; and (c) measuring the formation and growth of tumor cell lines in the animals, wherein the animal is rodents such as Mus musculus; and the human prostate cancer-specific antigen is PCA(prostate cancer antigen), PSCA(prostate stem cell antigen), PSA(prostate-specific antigen), PAP(prostate acid phosphatase) or PSMA(prostate-specific membrane antigen).
