A floating inner wall for unloading is provided to increase the unloading capacity by performing the unloading work on both sides of a ship. A floating inner wall for unloading includes a plurality of pile bases, anchoring piles(120), an inner wall body, and an operating unit. The pile basis has a predetermined depth on the bottom surface of the ocean. The anchoring pile is mated with an upper end portion of the corresponding pile basis. The inner wall body is slidably engaged with the anchoring pile. The operating unit is connected to the inner wall body so that the inner wall body can be slid in a direction perpendicular to the lengthwise direction.
