An optimal design method of casting plan using markers is provided to predict positions of bubble defects more accurately and adopt the optimal casting plan using the predicted positions of the bubble defects by numerically analyzing a flow field considering an interaction of air and molten metal and converting pores into markers, thereby tracking the markers. An optimal design method of casting plan using markers comprises: an analysis step(S10) of numerically analyzing the state and variation of a flow field using a computer program; a marker conversion step(S20) of converting pores formed in a casting mold into markers; a tracking step(S30) of tracking the markers to predict positions of bubble defects generated; a casting plan installing step(S40) of installing a casting plan in the casting mold; and a determination step(S60) of determining whether the casting plan is appropriate or not, wherein when it is determined that the casting plan is not appropriate in the determination step, the casting plan installation step is performed again.
