A REAL PICTURE DOLL OF AVATAR STYLE AND ITS MANUFACTURING PROCESS

A real picture doll of avatar style and a manufacturing process of the same are provided to enable a user to select and assemble various shapes of hair portions, head portions, face portions, upper body portions and lower body portions. The manufacturing process of a real picture doll of avatar style includes the steps of: fixing a cubic face shape which is previously treated with any one or both of epoxy and urethane synthetic resins on a jig; outputting a correct and clear image on a face portion by spraying an edited digital image with solvent and oil based ink by an ink jet method; fixing a hair portion on the cubic face portion; and fastening a trunk member and a lower body member on the head portion on which the hair portion is put.
