A polymer electrolytic solution filled with a titania nano-particle is provided to obtain a stabilized photoelectrochemical characteristic by solving a problem caused by volatility of a conventional organic solvent. An electrolytic composition of a dye-sensitized solar cell includes an N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, a copolymer of vinylidenefluoride and hexafluoropropylene, and a titania nano-particle. The N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, the copolymer and the titania nano-particle are included in a weight percent of 1:5~20:10-30. The electrolyte including the N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, the copolymer and the titania nano-particle has viscosity of 35000~40000 cP(mPas).
