New cleaning, descaling and disinfecting composition for dialysis generators

Composition comprises (in wt.%): peracetic acid (0.5-1.5); hydrogen peroxide (3-15); acetic acid (3-15); concentrated nitric acid (0.1-1); nonionic surfactant (0.001-0.2); amine oxide (0.01-0.1); stabilizing agent (0.01-0.2) and water (100). Independent claims are included for: (1) the preparation of the composition (in wt.%) comprising mixing a first aqueous solution (3-20) comprising peracetic acid (5-30), hydrogen peroxide (10-50), acetic acid (5-60), optionally stabilizing agent (1) and water (100), with a second aqueous solution (80-97) comprising acetic acid (8-10), nitric acid (0.1-1), hydrogen peroxide (3-10), non-ionic surfactant (0.03-0.1), amine oxide (0.01-0.1), stabilizing agent (0.005-0.1) and water (100); (2) a process of cleaning, decalcifying and disinfecting of the hydraulic circuits of dialysis generator between two dialysis sessions, comprising circulating an aqueous solution obtained by dilution at 1/20 to 1/40 in osmosed water done by the generator and the composition, within the hydraulic circuits of the dialysis generator, for 10-30 minutes, consistent rinsing of osmosed water, in the circulation within the hydraulic systems of the dialysis generator for 15-60 minutes; and (3) a process of cleaning, decalcifying and disinfecting of the distribution loop of hemodialysis water treatment chain, comprising circulating an aqueous solution obtained by dilution at 1/20 to 1/40 in the composition water, to the centre of the distribution loop, for 30-60 minutes, consistent rinsing the osmosis-treated water, in the circulation at the centre of the distribution loop.
